Sales & Business Development Manager in KSA
Looking for a superstar Sales & Business Development Manager in KSA for our fun business training startup.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities; identify new potential customers, set up prospecting strategies
- Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term partnerships
- Identify prospects, build ad hoc approaches and organize meetings to present our services
- Understand clients needs and participate in commercial offer design, negotiation and contract signature
- Assist in a B2B marketing plan
- Consistent follow up with leads
- Work with management on a tailor made solution to win business
- Create and maintain a list of target customers to approach
- Meet quarterly and annual sales target set forth by the company
- Create a win strategy for each customer
- Root the company in the Saudi ecosystem by taking part in industry related events, webinars and training/finance specific activities that could generate leads/business
Skills Required
- A people person, who enjoys meeting new prospects and foster relationships
- Experience in a client facing role in KSA
- Direct sales experience and track record
- Experience in achieving sales targets
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Familiarity with Talent Development & Training, especially Business Acumen, Emotional Intelligence & Design Thinking
- Excellent team and communication skills
- Proactive, open-minded, good negotiation skill, flexible
- Good listener and problem solver
- Service orientation skills
- Time management skills with proper coordination and social perceptiveness
- Proficient in basic computer knowledge with Google Suite
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4 - 6years of experience in business developments & B2B sales
- Qualification: Undergraduate degree in Business
