BALINCA is looking for a superstar Sales & Business Development Manager in UAE to support us in our growth.

The Job:

Skills Required

  • A sociable individual who enjoys meeting new prospects and fostering relationships
  • Holds experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record in direct sales, and meeting sales targets
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity in Talent Development and Training, especially Business Acumen, Emotional Intelligence and Design Thinking
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • Proactive, open-minded with good negotiation skills, flexible
  • Good listener and problem solver
  • Service orientation skills
  • Time management skills with proper coordination and social perceptiveness
  • Proficient in basic computer knowledge with Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities; identify new potential customers, set up prospecting strategies
  • Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term partnerships
  • Identify prospects, build ad hoc approaches and organize meetings to present our services
  • Understand clients needs and participate in commercial offer design, negotiation and contract signature.
  • Assist in a B2B marketing plan 
  • Consistent follow up with leads 
  • Work with management on a tailor made solution to win business 
  • Create and maintain a list of target customers to approach 
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales target set forth by the company 
  • Create a win strategy for each customer
  • Root the company in the Saudi ecosystem by taking part in industry related events, webinars and training/finance specific activities that could generate leads/business

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in business developments  B2B sales
  • Qualification: Undergraduate degree in Business
  • Employment Type: Part Time, could evolve into full time

The Offer

  • Compensation is competitive and commission-based, to be discussed during the interview. 
  • Ideal candidates should be based in the UAE, preferably Dubai, although we can accommodate those residing elsewhere within the UAE.
